AMASORT is an automated unloading and sorting system for AMADA HPSAW 310 bandsaws.
After cutting, parts are conveyed to the sorting area and distributed, based on the programmed sequence, into one of three unloading compartments. A hydraulic pusher manages part positioning, enabling organized stacking in single or multiple rows, with up to 600 mm loading width per compartment.
Short remnants are discharged at the front of the system, while longer remnants can be routed to the unloading stations. Protective enclosures with vertically sliding doors allow safe operator access, even while the system continues operating in the remaining areas.
