The kicker loader is an automated loading system designed to feed round bars to AMADA circular saw machines and represents the standard automation included with the machine.
Bars are loaded by crane onto an inclined table, where they roll by gravity to a defined resting position. From there, a hydraulic lifting system feeds the bars one by one onto the infeed roller conveyor, ensuring a controlled and continuous supply to the circular saw.
The system ensures a smooth and reliable loading process, reducing operator involvement while maintaining consistent and efficient material feeding.
