The kicker loader is an automated loading system designed to feed round bars to the HPSAW 310 bandsaw.
Bars are loaded onto a flat roller table by crane. Hydraulic cylinders lift one side, creating an inclined surface that allows the bars to roll by gravity into a defined resting position. A second hydraulic lifting system then feeds the bars individually onto the infeed roller conveyor.
Designed for heavy and large-diameter bars, this solution reduces manual handling and improves safety while ensuring stable and reliable material flow.
