For advice or requests for help, our telephone support service is available from Mondays to Fridays, from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30. 

A specialist engineer will assist you over the telephone, for a targeted diagnosis and prompt solution to any problems. 
If the line is busy, the call will be transferred to our answering machine for you to record a voice message. An operator will process your request and you will be contacted the same day.
