AMASort circular saw pusher is an automated discharge solution designed to efficiently manage cut parts directly from the machine.
Long parts from 200 mm up to 1,500 mm, 2,000 mm and 3,000 mm are transferred to a dedicated storage table, ensuring organized handling of larger components. The system is typically combined with a two-position multi-switch sorting unit installed between the machine and the swivel sorting unit, enabling correct separation of trim cuts and short parts before further sorting.
The design allows operators to unload finished parts while the machine continues cutting. Thanks to the partial opening of safety guards, unloading can be carried out safely without interrupting production. Parts can be grouped in organized columns, improving handling efficiency and simplifying operations.
