We would like to thank you for your valued and continued support. During these difficult times, we want to reassure you that we are "Open for Business", and want to share with you some of the measures we have put in place.
The whole of the Amada team are working together to help keep you, our customers, up and running in a safe and controlled way. Apart from the obvious measures of personal hygiene and distancing, these are a few other controls we have already implemented.
• We have split the office based staff at our UK Technical Centre across two sites, so limiting the chance of infection spreading. This will enable us to support you on our hotlines for service, software, parts and tooling
• Our European factories have split into shift patterns throughout the day and night to make sure there is a continued supply of parts and tooling.
• The showroom remains open, ensuring that should you require a demonstration, time study or technical help we are available.
