AMADA EU

The AMADA bundle loader is an automated loading system designed to feed round and square bars directly to circular saws.
Bar bundles are placed on loading belts, where a mechanical separator isolates each bar and feeds it individually. Two versions are available: one for round bars and one for round and square materials, the latter using a cross-chain transport system for controlled handling of non-rolling profiles.
This design ensures precise alignment and reduces manual handling, improving efficiency, safety and overall productivity while maintaining stable, consistent feeding throughout the entire cutting process cycle performance.
