The programme features advanced functions to optimise any design defects. Special processing, such as tapping, forming and marking are recognised by the system for correct management in a CAM environment.
These attributes mean the model can be managed during all production phases: blanking, bending and welding.
The programme can be used to manage assemblies, recognising the characteristics of each single component. At the end of the process, a report is generated with a list of each component developed.

The AMADA bending algorithm is used to calculate development but dedicated bend allowance tables can also be created.
This function can be used to convert a DXF/DWG drawing into a 3D model starting from the orthographic views of the component.
The programme identifies the profile of the 3D part to generate, excluding additional entities such as design frames, dimensions, detailed views.
This function lets you reconstruct a solid model starting from a developed drawing.
By identifying features based on line type or layers to automatically process them, assigning specific characteristics (bending lines, dimension lines, etc.).
By using advanced functions such as BendCam and BlankCam, users can manage the offline programming of bending and cutting machines.
At the end of the process, users can print out the worksheet including bar codes, to call up programmes when using the machine.
