The VENTIS-AJ is the biggest innovation in sheet metal cutting and introduces the next generation of fibre laser processing machines.
What makes this technology truly revolutionary is the innovative beam shaping system that allows for precise control of the laser beam motion. The new, AMADA 4 kW single diode module fibre laser engine provides a very high quality laser beam, allowing the VENTIS-AJ to be comparable to 6-8 kW machines, with much less power requirements and an unrivalled cutting quality.
SINGLE-DIODE MODULE ENGINE:
With a single, 4 kW module engine and no combiner, the quality of the laser beam is industry leading.
BEAM CONTROL:
Innovative control of the high-density laser beam can oscillate the beam during cutting, following predefined paths for high-speed, precision processing.
SIDE DOOR:
The VENTIS-AJ has been fitted with large front and side opening doors, for more convenient and flexible access to the cutting area.
