The standalone SRB-1003 press brake guarantees high, consistent bend quality across the full bend length. Its proportional hydraulic valve system manages top beam movement to ensure optimal precision, incorporating independent bend-angle correction to adapt to diverse production needs.
Completing the system’s overall effectiveness is the machine’s own specific frame geometry, engineered to maintain a uniform distance between the upper and lower beams during bending operations. The SRB-1003 model adopts the AMNC 3i numerical control, the standard interface used on high-end AMADA standalone press brakes. Tooling operations are also faster thanks to the SGRIP punch holder, a system designed to simplify tool loading and reduce machine setup times.

OFFLINE PROGRAMMING FOR EVEN MORE EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT
Directly supporting overall manufacturing operations is VPSS 4ie Bend, AMADA's offline programming software solution. The system automatically generates all bending programs, significantly reducing idle time, material waste, and programming tasks directly on the machine control.
The integration between software and the numerical control allows jobs to be prepared in advance and quickly transferred to the machine, optimizing overall production organization and boosting productivity, even with less experienced operators.
