The AMADA H 1300 II, H-1600 II and H 2116 II are part of AMADA’s largest range of horizontal bandsaws and are designed for cutting materials of extremely large dimensions and weight.
These are semi-automatic machines that allow the workpiece to be positioned via push-button control; once the required length is reached, the cutting cycle runs automatically according to the preset parameters.
In these models, the table itself moves to feed the workpiece into the cut, ensuring precise positioning and stable handling even of very heavy loads.

CUTTING DEPTH SETTING FUNCTION

The integrated chip conveyor continuously removes chips generated during cutting, keeping the work area clean even when processing large sections and heavy loads.

BLADE DEVIATION SENSOR

The sensor continuously monitors the cutting angle; if the blade exceeds the preset tolerance, the machine stops automatically, preventing scrap and reducing the risk of blade breakage.
