The GLS 150G LED is the world’s leading optical profile grinder in its sector

The GLS 150GL takes profile grinding to a higher level: thanks to its high-definition optical projector with LED illumination and integrated measurement systems, it enables micrometer-level corrections even on the most complex geometries.
Designed around a stable and rigid structure, the machine combines a high-precision spindle with a high-speed grinding head to ensure consistent results and excellent surface quality.
The combination of optical control, CNC operation, and manual adjustment capabilities makes it ideal for both small batches and high-level industrial production, minimizing rework and waste.

TEACH-IN PLAYBACK SYSTEM

The Teach-in Playback function simplifies setup operations, enabling fast and guided programming directly on the machine.

MACRO CYCLE PROGRAMMING

Predefined macro cycles automate the most common operations, reducing setup time and increasing productivity.

EXTERNAL PROGRAMMING
