Training plan 

Audience:

This training is directed toward operators of AMADA HD-ATC or HG-ATC press brakes with automatic tool changer.

Purpose of the training:

• Generation of bending programms for press brakes with automatic toll changer (ATC)
• Ability to operate the machine
• Independent preparation of a part with BendCam or VPSS 3i Bend Software and manufacturing of this part
• Correction of angles and dimensions

Requirements:

• Technical basic knowledge
• Experience using a PC and basic knowledge of the Windows™ operating system
• Spatial sense
• Already completed course Technology and Application Bend Basic or comparably practical experience

Content:

• Parameter setting, user parameter
• Tool setting (import, upload and edit)
• Check of SDD or VSDD-Server connection and adjust if necessary
• Explanation of the control
• BI-S angle measuring system specifications
• Production of the parts from the first course

Trainee should bring along

• Safety shoes (with steel bar) and appropriate work clothes
