Do AMADA employees receive training?

Yes, always and on a continual basis. Our average age of employees is 39 and we are a "young" company, even if many colleagues have been at AMADA for a good number of years.
Turnover is relatively low, because we always try to support technical and personal professional growth, through training plans that target the majority of our staff.
These plans range from technical courses on continuing professional development, held at our site in Pontenure and at the Group's European branches or at the Parent in Japan, to personal training with individual or group coaching sessions managed by external consultants and learning with a more didactic content, such as language or IT skills courses.
