TCB SU II is a circular blade with tungsten carbide teeth, specifically designed for cutting stainless steels.
The tooth geometry is engineered to reduce chip adhesion and limit heat build-up, two common challenges in stainless steel machining. This ensures stable cutting, reduces the risk of tooth overload and extends tool life.
It is particularly suited to applications where consistent quality and reliability are required on difficult-to-machine materials.
Suitable for stainless steels with strength up to approximately 1,000 N/mm².

ANTI-ADHESION GEOMETRY
Tooth profile optimised to prevent material build-up.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE CARBIDE TEETH
High resistance to wear and temperature.

STABLE CUTTING ON TOUGH MATERIALS
Reduced vibration and improved process control.

TCB SU II is available in a range of diameter, thickness and tooth count (Z) combinations, designed to deliver optimal performance when cutting stainless steels.
Selecting the correct tooth count is essential for proper heat management and to maximise blade life.
For materials with strength above 1,000 N/mm², a dedicated technical evaluation is recommended.
