The THV 460 is designed for high-precision machining of plates with maximum dimensions of 460 × 460 mm and a maximum height of 150 mm in the version equipped with a Ø 160 mm cutter, or 190 mm in the version with a Ø 200 mm cutter.
Optimized for high-precision production, it delivers an excellent surface finish, eliminating the need for secondary machining operations in most cases.
The CNC control simplifies daily operation, requiring the operator to input only the essential parameters. Cycle times are significantly shorter compared to traditional machines, thanks to the compact structure, which reduces the footprint and ensures greater stability during machining, enhancing the final part quality.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE POSITIONING

Automatic stops simplify setup: the operator only needs to insert and clamp the workpiece, reducing preparation time and minimizing errors.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE MEASUREMENT

The system automatically checks the dimensions of the raw part and calculates the workpiece center, ensuring precision and repeatability from the very first operation.

AUTOMATIC CENTERING SYSTEM

Both milling heads always operate at the same distance from the workpiece, ensuring symmetrical machining and a consistent cutting depth on both sides.
