Thanks to the patented servo-electric double drive in combination with the Amada 3 kW fiber laser, the EML-AJ punch-laser combination machine is extremely energy-efficient and has maximum productivity.

The AMADA ASR 3015 PR is the most compact, fully equipped automation solution for punch-fiberlaser-combination-machines on the market. The ASR 3015 PR allows parts to be loaded, unloaded, sorted and stacked. The combined functionality ensures a very compact footprint, while the storage capacity guarantees very high, low-manned productivity.

The EML-AJP model is equipped with the new PDC tool changer (Punch & Die Changer) to reduce set-up times. Up to 220 punches and 440 dies can be prepared in this system. The system can automatically insert and remove different tool sizes during operation, this also applies to E-station tools and forming tools.

The welding head of the FLW ENSIS is equipped with a rotating lens (weaving). This lens makes the laser beam circle in a radius and can thus bridge a larger gap dimension, both with and without welding wire.

Delivery of a BREVIS fiber laser cutting machine at Steiner GmbH & CO. KG. This is the first BREVIS delivered in Germany. The laser machine is very compact and ideal for small components.

FLW-ENSIS High-speed welding allows you to weld parts faster in less time, which allows for an increase in productivity. The shortened throughput times also result in cost savings.

Round Upform Burring tools are used to extrude a hole vertically to increase the material thickness. This allows more strength for threads when tapping or driving in self tapping screws. The form can also be used for support when inserting bar/tube into a product.

The Hinge Tool is used to produce hinges or curls. The tools would be made for different radii, thicknesses and materials.

The Edge R-Bend Tool allows you to create a radius at the edge of components where the sheet edge is in the radius. It is a typical example of the special tools offered by Amada, with which special requirements can be realized at low cost.

The optional quick-change system in the M5 expansion stage enables perfect automation without restricting the part geometry or the actual welding work. While one table is in the work area, the second table can be prepared outside the cabin. This can reduce downtime and significantly increase productivity.
