Recently, our sales representative Florian Gebhard visited Mauser Einrichtungssysteme GmbH & Co. KG together with a customer to experience a successful AMADA automation solution live—one that perfectly aligns with the customer's planned concept. The contact was established by our sales representative Felix Kalus.
As part of a modernization project, Mauser replaced an AMADA CO₂ laser cutting machine and an automated punching machine with the AMADA VENTIS-3015AJe fiber laser. The setup features a storage tower with automatic loading and unloading system, the ASF II 3015 EU TWIN High, and the TK II 3015 EU automatic part sorter.

The TK II 3015 EU automatic part sorter plays a particularly crucial role in this success.
Manuel Winkler from Mauser explains: "By combining the laser machine, storage tower, automatic loading and unloading, and automatic part sorting, we were able to significantly boost our productivity. The TK II 3015 EU makes a decisive contribution, accounting for around 70% of the system's overall productivity. The cut parts are automatically removed and sorted—a process that used to be done entirely by hand. This creates valuable capacity and relieves our employees."
A decisive advantage for a company operating 24/7 in a three-shift model. The efficiency gained also enables Mauser to increasingly expand its contract manufacturing operations today.
