The SRB-1003 is the next-generation press brake designed to deliver precision, intuitive operation, and seamless integration into existing AMADA workflows, offering significant advancements in both performance and usability when compared to the previous model HFE-M2.

Equipped with the powerful AMNC 3i numerical control, the SRB-1003 marks the first time this advanced interface is featured in AMADA’s STANDARD range. This ensures compatibility with other AMADA press brakes equipped with AMNC numerical control, allowing operators to easily switch between different machines, boosting efficiency and simplifying operations across the shop floor.

INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY

The upper beam is driven by the new faster, reliable and accurate hydraulic proportional valve system with independent angle correction with tilt function.

STABLE BENDING ACCURACY

The natural crowning of the SRB-1003 is developed to help maintain a constant gap between upper and lower beams, along the entire length of the machine. Thanks to its unique design, the lower beam has a width of only 60mm.

FLEXIBLE GAUGING

The new 2-axis backgauge of SRB-1003 is accurate and faster than the conventional model. Fingertips are also interchancheable to fit the most appropriate solution for the part to produce.

FAST TOOL LOADING

The SRB-1003 is equipped with the efficient punch holder SGRIP for easier and faster tool set up. The pieces can be easily moved close to each other with zero gap.

EASE-OF-USE

The AMNC 3i numerical control, a smartphone type multi-touch panel for easy viewing and quick data input.
The new LITE user interface simplify all operations, making the usage of the machine fast and easy.

AUTOMATIC OFFLINE PROGRAMMING

The optional VPSS 4ie BEND automatically generates bending programs to maximise machine’s output, whilst reducing waste and unproductive time, even with less experienced operators.

INTELLIGENT DRIVE MANAGEMENT: Proportional valves allow precise control of oil flow. The servo motor regulates pressure and activates only when needed, significantly reducing energy consumption.
