Vertical efficiency and versatility for medium-to-large plates and blocks

The VM 1200 is the ideal solution for cutting medium to large plates and solid blocks with precision and consistency. The vertical cutting configuration simplifies material positioning and reduces setup and handling time, resulting in a cleaner and more efficient cutting process.
Designed for 41 mm bimetal blades, it is compatible with carbide blades and is available, on request, with a 54 mm blade configuration.
Compact, robust and easy to operate, the VM 1200 delivers industrial-level performance in a versatile machine designed to optimise productivity and improve material handling in every cutting cycle.

VERTICAL CUTTING FOR BETTER HANDLING OF LARGE PLATES

The vertical configuration allows easier positioning and orientation of plates and blocks, ensuring smooth and controlled material handling.

ACCURATE TABLE MOVEMENT WITH SERVO AND LINEAR GUIDES

The table travels on linear guides driven by a servo motor, providing precise and repeatable movement for consistent cutting quality.

ADJUSTABLE CUTTING HEIGHT AND BLADE SIZE

The machine supports selectable cutting heights (500 mm or 800 mm) and optional blade widths, allowing users to adapt the setup to different material sizes and applications.

AUTOMATIC BLADE GUIDE AND BRUSH WEAR COMPENSATION

Automatic blade guide positioning and a self-adjusting cleaning brush maintain optimal cutting conditions and reduce manual intervention.

VERTICAL CUTTING HEAD The vertically oriented cutting head enables precise slicing of plates and blocks while maintaining excellent visibility and control.
OPTIONAL SERVO-DRIVEN MOVING TABLE Available as an option, the large, stable table moves the workpiece during cutting, allowing accurate control of heavy materials.
AUTOMATIC BLADE GUIDE SYSTEM The blade guide adjusts automatically according to the programmed material dimensions, improving accuracy and ensuring a stable and safe cutting process.
