Precision and control in vertical cutting of extra-large formats

The VM 2500 and VM 3800 are designed for vertical cutting of large plates and solid blocks, featuring a servo-controlled moving table that ensures smooth and precise motion on linear guides.
Selectable cutting height and the extra-large 67 × 1.6 mm blade (VM3800) ensure stability and surface finish quality, even on very large or difficult-to-machine materials.
Automatic functions such as blade guides, wear-compensated blade cleaning brush and CNC-Lite simplify set-up, reduce manual intervention and ensure continuous operation.

DESIGNED FOR EXTRA-LARGE PLATES AND BLOCKS

Built to handle exceptionally large workpieces, offering stability and precision even on oversized materials.

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING BRUSH

The blade cleaning brush contributes to more efficient machine operation, especially thanks to its automatic positioning.

END-OF-STROKE REGULATOR

The optional end-of-stroke sensor detects the position of the workpiece during feeding and transmits the data to the CNC control for precise and reliable measurement.

NEXT-GENERATION AMADA CNC CONTROL

The Amada CNC allows the operator to select the material and blade type, automatically calculating the optimal cutting parameters for high performance and ease of use.
