The latest AMADA CMII DG series circular saws are next-generation CNC machines representing the latest development in metal cutting. They deliver advanced technologies designed to reduce cycle times while achieving the high cutting accuracy required for steel bar processing.
The use of AMADA carbide blades, extremely thin and with a very narrow kerf, minimizes material waste while maximizing productivity. The special tooth geometry enables nearly mirror-like surfaces with minimal roughness and excellent finish quality already from the first cut.
Through AMADA’s dedicated engineering department, each machine can be equipped with different loading and unloading automation systems, designed to maximise productivity and ensure a continuous operational flow.

A stable blade guide reduces vibrations throughout the entire cutting process, thanks to the combination of a fixed blade guide with a flexible one.
