In addition to the headquarters in Haan, an AMADA subsidiary has also been established in Southern Germany as from 2013: In Landshut, Eching AMADA customers have access to the AMADA Technical Center Landshut (TCL) for demonstration and consulting purposes including a showroom for machine demonstrations. Regular in-house exhibitions and theme days take place here, where technical know-how is shared and the latest machine innovations are demonstrated in live operation. The Technology centre for production engineering is located on the same campus and provides assistance with demanding technical issues. Due to the high customer and innovation density in Southern Germany, customers in this region of Germany benefit particularly from this perfect match in competence.
The overall concept of the Technical Center is to consistently and optimally support AMADA customers in being innovative, competitive and efficient today and in the future. The focus is, in addition to the exhibition of technologies, a solution-spanning offer of analysis and consulting. In the TCL, each customer is individually and comprehensively informed about the latest developments in sheet metal processing.
Respect and responsibility towards nature and the environment are an integral part of the AMADA philosophy and played a key role in the implementation of the new Technical Center. The property will be home to a green space in excess of 10,000 square meters; this also includes plans to plant 70 trees.
The Technologiezentrum für Fertigungstechnik functions as a research and development centre. Here outsprings an excellent basis for implementing development work optimally and quickly. Manufacturing solutions and developments with European standards can thus be adopted for worldwide standards.
