The PCSAW 330 is a fully automatic bandsaw designed to combine Pulse Cutting technology with an extremely solid bridge-type frame, ensuring stable cutting performance even on demanding materials.
The 0.9 mm SMARTCUT blade, developed specifically for this model, reduces kerf by 25% and increases material yield. The pulsating blade motion lowers cutting resistance, enhancing cutting capability and extending blade life.
Compact, efficient and suitable for series production, the PCSAW 330 offers an ideal balance of performance, operating economy and ease of use.

PULSE CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

The controlled mechanical pulses applied to the blade generate an oscillating motion that induces intermittent tooth contact with the material, decreasing chip formation and reducing both penetration force and overall cutting resistance. This dynamic enables cutting speeds that are significantly higher than those achieved with conventional continuous-cut systems.

EXTENDED BLADE LIFE

The pulsating blade motion lowers mechanical load and thermal stress on each tooth, resulting in significantly reduced wear and longer blade life than conventional cutting methods.

OPTIMIZED FOR SERIES PRODUCTION

REDUCED ENERGY CONSUMPTION
