PRODUCT FILE IMPORT

Import, optimise and design your parts are key factors in maximising your machines’ efficiency. Importing 2D/3D drawings is quick and easy, including PDF files from all the main CAD providers. Before starting a job, you can easily preview the imported files.

SMART UNFOLDING

As the sheet metal model unfolds, the form and fastener details can be mapped three-dimensionally which is stored as tool information. This allows for easy reference and reuse in a variety of projects, reducing errors, time and cost of production.

 

RECURRING TOOL ASSIGNMENTS

Depending on the part, manual tooling adjustments are sometimes required. Templates and macros containing tooling information can be saved and retrieved manually or automatically, to avoid having to make these adjustments every time for similar shapes.

Punching first, then laser? Not a problem. VPSS 4ie Blank transfers programmes from one technology to another, ensuring that production orders are reliably processed across technologies.

CREATE PROGRAMS ACROSS MULTIPLE MACHINES

It is critical to save time whilst programming. All your production orders can be automatically and simultaneously programmed across several machines. The VPSS 4ie Blank software can generate programs for all the machines that have been selected. All you need to do is to specify the relevant part parameters such as the number of pieces and rotation angle.
If you wish to automate even further, save your production plans and the "Full Auto Blank" application will handle the programming, saving the data automatically. Production may now begin!
