Cost effective solution to prevent marking during the bending process. Excellent for small batches.

URETHANE SHEET

Urethane sheet works with all die types and provides a physical barrier between the component and the die to prevent marking whilst bending.

- Protects the die from damage and cross contamination of materials such as Zinc from coated or galvanised steels

- Supplied in 3 different thicknesses: 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 1.0mm to suit all your requirements

- Can be cut to any length to accommodate your bend length

- Quick and easy to use

Simple solution, designed for thin material applications. Protects components from traditional tram line marking.

MARKING PROTECTION STRIP

The Marking Protection Strip also provides a physical barrier between the component and the die to prevent marking whilst bending.

- The woven strips of fabric have an adhesive strip that allows a semi permanent fix to the die

- Consistent bend angle results

- Provides 2 to 3 times the life of Urethane Sheet

- Protects the die from damage and cross contamination of materials such as Zinc from coated or galvanised steels

- Easy to use

Strong and durable polycarbonate die. Ideal for light gauge cosmetic parts.

POLYCARBONATE DIES

Tough and durable material, reducing the friction of the material over the shoulders of the die which reduces the marking effect on your components.

- Elastic performance avoids die shoulder marks

- Performs the same as a steel die

- Vee sizes available from V=4 up to V=12

Ideal for components with holes and cut outs close to the bend line reducing distortion.

ROLLA V

Rotating inserts follow and support the material during the bend, greatly reducing the marking normally produced by the shoulders of a solid steel vee die.

- Dramatically reduces distortion of holes close to the bend line

- Smaller flanges and tapered bends can be achieved compared to standard fixed vee dies

- Fixed and adjustable models are available to accommodate materials up to 15mm thick

KIZU-NON MATERIAL

KIZU-NON material is a highly durable woven fabric used in in bulletproof vests and prevents marks caused when bending thick delicate materials.

- High density woven fabric has great strength and durability

- Used on up to 6mm Stainless, 9mm Mild Steel and 12mm Aluminium

- Acts as a barrier to prevent cross contamination of material, tooling wear and galling by protecting the surface of the die
