Training plan
Audience:
The training is aimed at operators of an AMADA press brake with one of the following control.
- AMNC 3i (HFE 3i, HG)
- Evolution (HFE M2)
The course will train the control type which is relevant for the attendees (only one type per training).
Purpose of the training:
- Basic knowledge of bending technology
- Programming and production of bending parts
Requirements:
- Technical basic knowledge
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal processing
- Experience using a PC and basic knowledge of the Windows™ operating system
- Reading of technical drawings
Content:
- Machine structure
- How to check the machine before using it / handling of the machine
- Implementation of the machine / reference mode
- Data management and archiving
- Tool library
- Programming possibilities
- Set up and centering of tools
- Start / process of programms
- Sufficient practical phase
- Introduction of VPSS 3i Bend software
