The AE-NT range has been designed based on our proven track record in the industry and combines an extremely sturdy bridge structure with a servo electric drive punching system, a high-capacity turret and minimal footprint. LARGE CAPACITY TURRET

The configuration of the turret, with its considerable thickness and high capacity, enables 45 tools to be used easily and quickly. The upper turret securely guides the punches during operation, for extremely accurate processing.

MINIMAL FOOTPRINT

Even though the AE series machines have a very compact footprint, they are still capable of processing full format sheet sizes as well as providing a large capacity tooling turret. This ensures the most competitive cost for production space within your factory.

SCRAP SUCTION

The Power Vacuum system creates negative pressure below the die, sucking scrap away from the operating area. This also means the punch penetrates the die to a lesser extent, speeding up operations and extending tool life.

SPECIAL PROCESSING

With the servo-driven operation of the punching system and original AMADA tooling, special processing such as high frequency nibbling, deburring, high-speed marking / forming, offset / downwards bending and many other operations are possible.

ENERGY SAVING

The machine is fully electric, with an average power consumption of 4.5 kW, guaranteeing low energy consumption. Moreover, no additional cooling system is necessary, unlike hydraulically driven punching machines.

V-CUT TECHNOLOGY

By cutting a V groove on the inside of the part with a special tool, bends can be created with a much reduced external radius, for easier bending. V-Cut is just one of the special processes that the AE can carry out.

USER FRIENDLY: AMNC 3i control is easy and user-friendly. Punching tool setup is quick and ensures minimum downtime, thus maximising productivity.

LOW OPERATING COSTS: Electric consumption is below 1 kW on standby and 5 kW at maximum power. The total absence of a hydraulic unit and oil ensures low operating costs and low environmental impact.
