The AMADA EGB-ATCe is our easiest ever press brake to operate thanks to its dual HMI display with augmented reality, 3-finger back gauge, automatic angle measurement, automated tool change, our latest AMNC 4ie controller with voice control and VPSS 4ie offline programming.

The new EGB-ATCe is a fully electric press brake equipped with an asymmetric dynamic crowning device that allows the operator to bend at any point along the beam, with consistent and accurate results. The servo technology also reduces maintenance and machine downtime.

ALL-ELECTRIC DRIVE

The EGB-e series is an all-electric press brake that uses unique technology to achieve high accuracy and repeatability, reducing maintenance requirements to a minimum.

DYNAMIC ASYMMETRIC CROWNING

The machine has servo-electric crowning, which is a new solution with asymmetrical management. This feature helps achieve the best results for offset bending.

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER

The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) reduces the set-up times by creating tool layouts quickly and accurately in under 2 minutes, even for complex parts.
AMADA improved the ATC incrementing its capacity by 30% and the maximum vee size to 50mm compared to the previous model.

4ie NUMERICAL CONTROL

The machine features the new numerical control AMNC 4ie. It is rich in features that simplify and speed up any operation.

BACKGAUGE

The new backgauge has three independent fingers, each with a 300mm stroke.
One of the two external fingers can also be used as a side gauge to ensure the perfect gauging position.

ANGLE DETECTION

The EGB-e series now features a new bending indicator (Bi-S II) that allows for inline angle adjustment. This new device measures angles up to 85% faster than the previous version.

SMART OPERATION PACK

The package is designed to enhance productivity and user-friendliness, enabling any operator to easily operate the machine.
It comprises features such as facial recognition, voice controls, an auto-slide foot pedal, an augmented reality camera for the backgauge, a Tablet HMI, and a fully automatic shutter.
