The AXCELA S is a carbide bandsaw blade designed for a wide range of materials, including light alloys, tool steels, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
It is particularly suitable for use on modern, high-performance bandsaw machines such as the AMADA PCSAW series.
As a standard recommendation, D2 or D3 tooth profiles are suggested for applications requiring reduced blade speed and high cutting capacity. The D4 profile is recommended to replace competitor products without changing cutting parameters.
