The pulsating motion prevents the tooth from remaining in continuous contact with the workpiece, alternating phases of cutting and release. This reduces vibration in the tooth area - the most heavily stressed zone - improving process stability and reducing both noise and cutting-edge wear. The result is a blade life up to 2–3 times longer.
Equipped with CNC control, which automatically adjusts cutting parameters according to the material, they ensure a stable and continuous process.
