Machine maintenance contracts

We provide : the preventive maintenance of the machines, the commitment of an intervention under 24 or 48H according to the type of contract, the telephone hotline priority, a preferential price on all the spare parts, tools and consumables, a follow-up of the draining operations and preventive revisions mentionned on the maintenance booklet
 

Software Maintenance Contracts

Remote support allows us to intervene quickly on your site. Indeed, this process of taking remote control of one of the computers on your local network offers us the possibility of interventions directly from our offices. This method has the huge advantage of saving time and cutting travel costs. Among other things, it allows you to perform the following operations: installation, configuration, control & test, training. No specific configuration is required, only Internet access is needed.
