AMADA offers several machine connection solutions to monitor the evolution of the main technological parameters, with a dual goal : Curative maintenance with Hotline and predictive maintenance by monitoring alarms and parameters.

Machine parameter supervision and continuous audit (ADIS / ADSS)

The ADIS system (Amada Digital Service System) makes it possible, among other things, to: improve the relevance of fault analysis with the HotLine (Remote Analysis module), Automate the feedback of the evolution of the parameters and supervise the alarms, to anticipate future failures by the modules (Remote Checkup and Alarm Monitoring Modules), allow an improvement of the overall efficiency of the installation by studying the operating modes of the machine (module)

Remote monitoring application (Remote APP)

More and more customers are looking for a solution that allows them to track their production and the status of their machines remotely. It is for this reason that Amada has developed the app "Remote app". The latter guarantees our customers : the management of their stand-bys, the improvement of the processes, a gain in a significant autonomy, an optimization of the maintenance.

Our remote "Team viewer" support tool allows our engineers to connect to your PCs to study issues, operate updatings or run breakdown on installed softwares.
