The HPSAW 310 takes steel cutting to a new level of speed, precision and efficiency. Thanks to Hypersaw technology and the AXCELA HP-MS and AXCELA HP-TS carbide blades, developed specifically for this model , productivity can increase by up to ten times compared to conventional bandsaws, while significantly reducing the cost per cut.
The extremely rigid bridge-type structure ensures stability even under heavy loads, while the high-pressure coolant system creates a fluid cushion that reduces vibration, friction and energy consumption. The dual blade guide rollers, optimized chip evacuation and automatic CNC control ensure a stable, accurate and consistently reliable cutting process.
