Cermet-tipped blade for stable and long-lasting cutting of low- and medium-carbon steels

The new tooth geometry, combined with an improved brazing process, increases resistance to wear and chipping, ensuring consistent cut quality and extended tool life.
It is an ideal solution for continuous production environments where reliability, precision and consistent performance over time are required.
Compared to previous versions, it offers significantly longer service life and improved cutting stability.

Dimensional range and available configurations

TCB CR II is available in a range of diameter, thickness and tooth count combinations to suit different production requirements.
Selecting the appropriate tooth count (Z) and thickness allows optimisation of the cutting process according to material diameter and operating conditions.
