FULLY ELECTRIC PUNCHING

The EM-ZRe utilises a twin servo and cam system to generate a full 30 tons of punching force, allowing wide ranging forming applications to be undertaken.

AUTOMATED TOOL CHANGING

The EM-ZRTe is equipped with an automated tool changing solution capable of storing and exchanging 300 punches and 600 dies. The EM-ZRBe has a buffer turret allowing over 30 tools and dies to be prepared fir automated loading/unloading.

FULLY BRUSH COVERED TURRET

To allow scratch-free processing possibilities, the EM-ZRe is equipped with a fully brush covered lower turret, providing higher quality for surface sensitive materials.

V-MONITOR

Remote status confirmation of multiple machines, HD video recording of processing issues and connection to AMADA's class leading IoT solutions are 3 of the advantages provided by V-monitor.

INTEGRATED TAPPING

4 tapping stations are integrated into the 44 and 55 station turret of the EM-ZRe. These allow M2.5 to M8 taps to be utilized in the program. When they are not required for tapping operations, they can be loaded with standard ‘B’ station tools.

AMNC 4ie

The lack of skilled operators is an issue at the heart of the development of AMADA's AMNC 4ie control system. Simplifying the machine operation with features such as preventative maintentnce video tutorials and facial recognition help increase machine productivity.

ID TOOLING

Eliminating costly tool set up errors and helping to increase tool life are two of the main factors associated with the ID Tooling system. Every tool is scanned before and after processing, with maintenance messages displayed to the operator when grinding is required.

AMADA RAPID FORMING TOOL COMPATIBILITY

The EM-ZRe is supplied with the ability to support AMADA Rapid Forming Tools (ARFT) for continuous, quick forming of more complex profiles such as offsets, beading and chamfering.

THE ORIGINAL FRAME

AMADA's original bridge frame design ensures that any deflection due to punching forces does not affect the alignment between punch and die as the tool is always in a central position, potentially extending tool life.
