After the order has been confirmed, the part will be sent on the same day and you will receive it by carrier in the following 24 hours.
To correctly identify the spare part, please remember to always indicate the machine model and relative Serial Number, which you can find on the machine data plate, in the order.
If you have a photo of the part you want to replace, you can send it using the contact form on the specific page of the website. If the part has a code or initials, this will help to identify and source it.
