PART COMPLEXITY IS NOT A LIMIT

Complex geometries, large perforations, grids, and heavy components require gripping systems capable of adapting to the characteristics of each individual part.

The TK II system automates the picking, sorting, and stacking of cut parts. Thanks to vacuum cups and magnetic grippers, it efficiently handles heavy components or those with intricate internal features.

The result is a more flexible management process suited to diverse production requirements.

Part management doesn't end with picking. The way parts are organized and directed to subsequent stages also contributes to overall process efficiency.

Various unloading configurations—whether onto pallets or into containers—allow you to expand unloading capacity (buffer space) and organize components based on specific production needs.

In this way, picking, sorting, and handling become part of a coordinated process, promoting greater continuity in the production flow.

FULL TRACEABILITY, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

Efficient part management also means being able to identify and track components through subsequent processing stages.

Laser marking with QR codes directly on the part, alongside the use of the Label Printer, ensures full component traceability and simplifies management in downstream production phases.

The result is a more organized and continuous workflow, from cutting all the way to part handling.
