SUPER HL CG is the coated evolution of the Super HL blade, engineered to deliver extreme durability in the most demanding cutting applications.
The TiN coating, featuring a hardness of approximately 2300 HV and thermal resistance up to 950°C, significantly enhances the blade’s mechanical and thermal stability, maintaining edge integrity even under heavy cutting conditions.
The M42 structure and the tooth geometry of the HL series work in synergy to ensure high cutting efficiency even on difficult materials, reducing premature wear and contributing to increased overall productivity.

HI-LO TOOTH GEOMETRY
The special HI-LO tooth geometry, characterized by alternating tooth heights, reduces friction during cutting and lowers cutting resistance. This configuration is particularly effective on tougher materials such as stainless steels.

M42 BIMETAL BLADE
Higher wear resistance compared to conventional bimetal blades.

TiN COATING
Maximum bandsaw blade quality thanks to AMADA’s TiN coating.
