Created to ensure consistent quality even when machining extra-large components

The THV 1600 is designed to handle plates up to 1,600 × 1,600 mm and 300 mm in height in the configuration equipped with a Ø 315 mm cutter, delivering extremely accurate machining results.
The machine ensures an excellent surface finish, reducing or eliminating additional finishing steps across a wide range of workpieces. This allows consistent results to be achieved from the first machining operation, optimizing time and costs before the part moves on to subsequent production stages.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE POSITIONING

Automatic stops simplify setup: the operator only needs to insert and clamp the workpiece, reducing preparation time and minimizing errors.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE MEASUREMENT

The system automatically checks the dimensions of the raw part and calculates the workpiece center, ensuring precision and repeatability from the very first operation.

AUTOMATIC CENTERING SYSTEM

Both milling heads always operate at the same distance from the workpiece, ensuring symmetrical machining and a consistent cutting depth on both sides.

INTEGRATED CLAMPING DEVICES

The machine is supplied with dedicated clamping devices for all workable part sizes, providing maximum operational flexibility.
