Stability, digital control and a mechanical design engineered for those who work on large components without accepting compromises

The Techster 104, 105, 106 and 126 are designed for users who handle oversized workpieces and require stable, smooth, and consistently precise grinding. Their extremely rigid bridge-type structure provides a solid foundation that maintains accuracy even during demanding passes or when machining heavy parts. Despite their large size, the machines offer surprisingly refined and uniform control.
At the heart of the Techster series lies its motion system: servo drives combined with ball-screw technology on all axes. No hydraulics, no fluctuations, just clean, precise and repeatable movements.
This is enhanced by the Fanuc 32i control with intuitive programs that simplify surface grinding, slots, models, and even complex profiles. Operators can work smoothly, guided by clear and efficient cycles.

FORMED WHEEL DRESSING

Several optional dressers are available, including a swivelling rotary dresser. The integrated digital vision system ensures high precision in defining and controlling the formed profile.

ECO MACHINE WITHOUT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The fully supported V-V guideway table driven by a ball screw enables precise grinding at any speed, reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 80% and significantly lowering overall environmental impact (Capability of grinding concave forms and tapered profiles).

SPACE-SAVING DESIGN

The sophisticated moving column structure ensures one of the smallest floor space requirements in its class, optimising workshop layout.

REDUCED SETUP AND GRINDING TIME

Profile measurement is performed directly on the machine using a CCD camera and interactive software, in combination with various available dressers, improving overall productivity.

MULTI-FORM GRINDING

The machine can perform a wide range of grinding cycles, including taper and crowning profiles, ensuring high versatility in machining operations.

WHEEL DRESSER Wheel dressing system designed to accurately restore the grinding wheel profile using diamond dressing tools. It enables complex geometries to be produced while maintaining high accuracy and consistent machining quality.
INTEGRATED OPERABILITY AND SAFETY CNC control system with a 15-inch touchscreen, designed for intuitive programming and complete process management. Dedicated macro functions, CAD profile import and advanced features simplify even the most complex grinding applications.
AUTOMATIC MEASURING SYSTEM Integrated measuring system that automatically checks workpiece dimensions directly on the machine. It enables in-process grinding compensation without removing the workpiece, ensuring accuracy of up to ±0.001 mm while reducing quality inspection time.
