The PCSAW 430/530 X/AX series is designed for cutting difficult materials and for high-volume production environments where process continuity and control are essential. The integrated Pulse Cutting technology enhances blade penetration and reduces thermal stress on the tooth, ensuring stable cutting performance even on superalloys.
Building on these capabilities, the AX version features a servo-driven blade downfeed system with a ballscrew mechanism, providing even greater accuracy in material positioning. Operational efficiency is further improved by an optimized chip management system: the 3D dual-brush unit and dedicated conveyor ensure a constant chip flow, even in heavy-duty applications.
Thanks to the combination of Pulse Cutting technology, automatic feeding, and controlled chip evacuation, the machine reduces downtime and simplifies daily operations, resulting in a smoother and more reliable production process.
