The MEISTER G3 UP is also available in a robotic cell configuration, designed to simplify production processes and increase productivity through fully integrated automation combining a FANUC robot, automatic workpiece exchange and in-cycle grinding wheel change. The result is a machine capable of operating autonomously over extended periods while consistently delivering outstanding precision and process reliability.
Thanks to the measuring probe integrated into the grinding head, the machine inspects the workpiece directly inside the machine, calculates the remaining stock, and performs the required passes to reach the programmed dimension. No operator intervention is needed: the G3 UP manages every step with accuracy and reliability.

The air microsensor enables precise grinding wheel positioning in three directions (up/down, back/forth) without direct contact with the workpiece, ensuring high accuracy and safe setup operations.

COMPACT DESIGN WITH INTEGRATED ATC/AWC STOCKER

The integrated ATC/AWC stocker provides up to 15 storage locations with a layout that can be configured to suit different production needs, while maintaining the same floor space as a standard machine.
