BEAM WEAVING

AMADA’s unique beam weaving function not only enables the bridging of larger gaps, but at the same time allows higher welding speeds with significantly better welding quality.

TEACHING ASSISTANT SYSTEM

Visualisation of the welding start/end points and deviations from the programmed path can be easily corrected before welding begins, removing the need for full manual teaching and helping to provide a 'right first time' manufacturing solution.

AMNC 4ie CONTROL

AMADA developed the latest NC control to help solve some of today's manufacturing issues, such as the lack of skilled operators and increased costs. The new control is easy to use (incorporating facial recognition and language setting) and allows faster setup to increase productivity.

FLEXIBLE LAYOUT OPTIONS

The FLW-Le can be supplied with a fixed jig table, a tilting / rotating table inside the protection cabin and a rotating setup table built into the cabin wall, providing the perfect solution for your production needs.

AMADA ORIGINAL WELDING HEAD

The compact AMADA original welding head allows deeper boxes to be welded internally, expanding the range of products you can offer to your customers and giving you the competitive edge.

Hotspots

Z AXIS INDICATOR: Using a CCD camera, the Z axis can be accurately adjusted by the operator before the first part is processed, leading to a reduction in set up parts.

COMPACT FOOTPRINT: Due to the design of the overall welding cell, the FLW-Le can be located in many smaller factories without greatly impacting on the overall production flow.

WELDING WIRE FEED: For certain tasks, the supply of welding wire can be used, helping to bridge larger gaps, which cannot be covered even by the beam weaving process.
