MAGNUM HL is a next-generation bimetal bandsaw blade developed to handle the most challenging materials with maximum effectiveness. At its core is the patented AMADA M71 tooth material which provides significantly higher wear resistance compared to conventional M42 blades.
The tooth geometry with an extremely positive rake angle reduces cutting resistance and enhances penetration, ensuring stable performance even on tough alloys, stainless steels and heat-resistant materials.
The cutting channel, designed for differential load distribution, enhances chip evacuation, reducing friction and heat build-up. MAGNUM HL is ideal for medium to large diameters, including demanding applications on nickel- and titanium-based alloys.

M71 BIMETAL BLADE
Characterized by the highest hardness ever recorded among cast high-speed steels, ideal for cutting particularly hard materials.

TOOTH GEOMETRY
Variable tooth height and set produce smaller chips, reduce cutting resistance and ensure stability even on hard materials and medium-to-large diameters.

MATERIAL APPLICATION RANGE
Wide application range for cutting tool steels, stainless steels and special heat-resistant alloys, particularly suitable for medium to large diameters.
