MAGNUM HLG is a next-generation bimetal bandsaw blade developed to handle difficult and abrasive materials. Thanks to the patented AMADA M71 tooth material, with higher hardness compared to conventional M42, the blade provides exceptional wear resistance even on high-carbon steels alloyed with Cr or Ti.
The HI-LO tooth geometry alternates high and low teeth to reduce stress on each tooth and lower friction during cutting. The variable set improves chip evacuation and cutting fluidity, maintaining stability and consistency even in the toughest applications.
MAGNUM HLG is ideal for versatile use, from standard steels to tool steels, cold-work materials and abrasive applications.

M71 BIMETAL BLADE
Characterized by the highest hardness ever recorded among cast high-speed steels, ideal for cutting particularly hard materials.

HI-LO GEOMETRY
The special HI-LO geometry, characterized by a difference in tooth height, reduces friction during cutting and lowers cutting resistance. This configuration is particularly effective on tougher materials such as stainless steels.

MATERIAL APPLICATION RANGE
Wide application range from mild steel to tool steels.
