AXCELA B is an uncoated carbide-tipped bandsaw blade designed to provide stability and dependable performance even on standard saws without dedicated carbide packages. The variable tooth grinding, similar to a set pattern, ensures good chip evacuation and a more balanced cutting action.
The robust cutting geometry allows the blade to handle demanding materials while maintaining solid edge retention, and its construction is engineered to operate effectively even on older or non-optimized machines.
AXCELA B is also available in the SMARTCUT version (41 × 0.9 mm), designed to increase productivity and reduce waste, ensuring consistent performance across a wide range of material, from quenched and tempered steels to aluminum and copper alloys.
