Integrated tool changing solution

ACIES-AJe je najnaprednija tehnologija za laser / izbijanje kombinovane mašine. Opremljena 3 kW AMADA Fiber laser izvorom, 30-tonskim električnim sistemom za probijanje i automatskim menjačem alata koji može da primi do 300 alata i 600 matrica, ACIES-AJe može da najveću produktivnost i fleksibilnost.

LASER INTEGRATION SYSTEM

Automatic nozzle centring, automatic nozzle condition check, advanced process monitoring and protection glass monitoring are all standard features of the ACIES-AJe to increase productivity and profitability.

FULLY BRUSH COVERED TURRET

The fully brush covered lower turret allows for scratch-free process possibilities, as the die being used can be retracted between each hit, preventing damage to the underside of sensitive materials.

AUTOMATIC NOZZLE CHANGER

With the standard 4-station automatic nozzle changer, longer schedules can be implemented on the ACIES-AJe, especially when connected to an automation system.

V-MONITOR

With the backup of AMADA's class-leading service and IoT support systems, V-monitor captures HD video of any production issue to provide quick solutions. The status of multiple machines can also be verified remotely.

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGING

The ACIES-AJe is available in two versions, both equipped with automated tool changing solutions.
The TSU (Tool Storage Unit) version can store and exchange up to 300 punches and 600 dies. The buffer turret versions allows more than 30 tools to be prepared for automatic loading / unloading.

AMNC 4ie

Improving machine uptime and profitability were driving factors in the development of the 21.5" AMNC 4ie control. Ease-of-use and preventative maintenance tutorial videos assist less skilled operators to keep the machine running.

Utilising AMADA's proven dual servo motor punching system, the ACIES-AJe provides 30 tons of punching force and high hit rates, whilst significantly reducing electrical consumption.

COMPRESSED AIR CUTTING

With cutting speeds generally the same as nitrogen cutting, but at a fraction of the part cost, compressed air cutting is provided as standard on the ACIES-AJe.

ID TOOLING

Extending tool life and drastically reducing setup errors, ID Tooling scans every tool when it is loaded to confirm all the relevant information before, during and after processing.
