For advice or requests for help, our telephone support service is available from Mondays to Fridays, from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30. A specialist engineer will assist you over the telephone, for a targeted diagnosis and prompt solution to any problems. If the line is busy, the call will be transferred to our answering machine for you to record a voice message. An operator will process your request and you will be contacted the same day. The Back-Office is essential for the department's activities and for guaranteeing a focus on the customer. AMADA's Back-Office covers all activities concerning direct contact with customers. The Office is staffed by various professional positions, with different duties and responsibilities, overseeing technical and organisational aspects. In other words, the Back-Office is: the engine driving our company.
AMADA's delivery team will be there to assist you even before your new machine is delivered. One of our engineers will visit your company beforehand, to check with you that everything is ready for the delivery day. Staff from the Logistics and Installation Team will organise transport to and delivery and installation at your company. All fully coordinated and supported by Back-Office staff who, managing the entire process, will be on hand until service completion.
