AMADA ORDER MANAGER is the Cloud service created by AMADA to easily and intuitively interconnect any ERP system with the AMADA ecosystem: it is an innovative software that allows immediate communication between production management and AMADA machines. It is a real "bridge" able to facilitate the passage of all the information and all the production data directly to AMADA machines, based on two separate standardized protocols at European level: WEB-API and SQL DATABASE. Switching to AOM therefore means taking an important step towards a real company computerization that also allows you to access the tax reductions linked to the Industry 4.0 certification.

Registry and grouping of production orders

The web interface of AMADA ORDER MANAGER allows you to see in a simple and immediate all the data related to the pieces that the company must produce: the list of codes, their order, the quantity required by the management but also any additional information such as the name of the customer. In addition, thanks to the connection with the AMADA vSDD technology database, it is also possible to see the three-dimensional and two-dimensional preview of the various parts in production. AOM therefore allows to verify the production status of each piece and to group in a secure and computerized way the various orders according to certain requirements, simplifying the work of operators and eliminating the margins of error linked to a still manual and obsolete management of information.

 

Management of work plans and schedules

After registering and grouping orders, the interconnection of the AMADA ecosystem allows the computerised management, and therefore also optimal, in the preparation of work plans and production schedules: the dialogue between AMADA ORDER MANAGER and the programming software VPSS 4ie, in fact, greatly simplifies the operator’s role in the delicate phase of production setting, by digitally connecting all the information related to sheet metal sheets, materials, parts to be produced and nesting by VPSS 4ie.

 

 

NESTING TEMPLATE 

Thanks to the inclusion of the functionality of the NESTING TEMPLATE in AMADA ORDER MANAGER, it is now also possible to create and store diversified nesting models that, in the face of specific production needs, will be recognized and proposed by AMADA ORDER MANAGER, optimizing the work of companies. AMADA ORDER MANAGER in fact will allow to recognize, find and duplicate the useful nesting already existing and to easily reconnect the new production orders, allowing to improve the real traceability of all the information. A functionality originally designed for all companies that produce their own productions but increasingly appreciated by third parties with variable orders.

MONITORING OF PRODUCTION ORDERS

It is no longer necessary to go physically to the company for production monitoring: thanks to AMADA ORDER MANAGER, in fact, you can check from any computer the progress of processing, check if the pieces are already ready or if the work is still in progress. The system can be used both by operators in the company and remotely, simply by accessing the web from your device.

NESTING INSPECT

NESTING INSPECT is the functionality of AMADA ORDER MANAGER that allows, directly with a tablet or another device, to immediately obtain the necessary information related to nesting: simply selecting with a cursor the desired area, it will be possible to know to which customer correspond the various pieces, the number of the orders or other useful characteristics. An ideal application to speed up and make easier all subsequent stages, such as detaching the pieces and storing them according to the desired requirements.
